A career spanning a decade within the Healthcare industry, specialising in mobility for Rehabilitation. An extensive experience in treating chronic injuries in adults, I understand the link between the development of chronic musculoskeletal pain and the absence of fundamental movement skills.

I am a certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, qualified by The CHEK Institute. I discover and apply practices for holistic living to facilitate balance within the Mind, Body, and Spirit. I explore Naturopathic ways to improve energy levels, alleviate illness and pain, increase longevity, and optimise overall health for clients.

A certified Strength & Conditioning Coach with a decade of experience in Rehabilitation, I'm not just a trainer, I'm a creator of bio-mechanical devices and an expert in exercise therapy. My expertise has been honed through years of collaboration with top minds in Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, and Orthotics, giving me a unique perspective on the human body.
But for me, it's not just about the physical. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, treating the body as an integral part of its environment and understanding that true vitality comes from addressing not just the physical, but the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of life as well.
As a student of Yoga, I strive to create an immersive experience for people, by fusing rhythmic breathing and animalistic movement patterns with advanced resistance training techniques. And it's not just about the workout, I also provide guidance on holistic living - nutrition and mental health are also considered.
