With the fundamentals in place the next phase would be 'Hypertrophy Training'. This is where the real exercise begins, as the focus will primarily be on building your body in a functional way. Optimum body composition and muscular force production will be the result of this program.
For experienced athletes and exercisers with competitive goals I offer Strength & Conditioning for 'Peak Performance' related to a specific sport. CV fitness, power, speed, agility and awareness are developed, with complex resistance and reactive training, movement efficiency drills, reaction and mental focus training.
