Functional Fitness exercises focus on core stability and training muscles to work together, preparing the body for sports by improving mind-body connection and mobility. Expect intensive coaching on movement patterns and resistance training techniques. You will become confident in using a variety of equipment and discover a passion for fitness. beginners.
If you haven’t trained before, this is the perfect place to start. I will breakdown complex movements into bite sized pieces and guide you to develop total body awareness. As you make gains in strength and mobility you will be more inclined to attempt complex moves, thus improve your confidence for daring activities. I suppose it goes without saying that positive aesthetic outcomes will be the side effects.
ATHLETES.
Effective exercise sessions for the seasoned athletes and experienced exercisers. I will create fun, yet challenging exercise sets, which includes complex and explosive movement patterns, that will certainly stimulate your musculature. You will learn a variety of training protocols, which may be useful to add to your own training routine. Either way, there are serious ‘Gains’ to be gained with infinitely intense exercise drills.
